Vatican reaffirms 'grave sin' of Freemasonry, says Catholics cannot join the world's largest secret society
The Vatican's Dicastery for the Doctrine of Faith has reaffirmed that Catholics cannot join Freemasonic secret societies and that doing so is a "grave sin."
My, my, isn't projection grand??? kettle meets pot enters the chat... π
Do they all have to go to confession after the meetings?
Not sure but one goes to confession and "all is well"; the other confesses and the listener says "boys will be boys"... π
What?? Too cynical??
You took the words out of my mouth almost verbatim..
Yea they sent their Jesuits in and infiltraited it, defiled it (by just being themselves while using it as cover) and now they say it's a sin to be in lmaoo
Cue Drake meme...
Freemasonry? Nah
LGBT? Hell yeah!
Well of course they don't want YOU profane masses to join the Masons. They want to gatekeep all that power and influence within a small group.
Projection for sure
Corrupt organizations donβt like competition.
Ole pope got that right
Catholics joined Knights of Columbus.
"What are the requirements to join the Knights of Columbus? Membership in the Knights of Columbus is open to men 18 years of age or older who are practical (that is, practicing) Catholics in union with the Holy See."
Knights of Columbus numbers have been dwindling for years. They reversed course and now anyone can join, not just Catholics.
I will say, most KC Halls I've been to have been a good time. Attended tons of weddings where beer and fried chicken were the main course.
Lol... been to a couple of those myself.
Really? Even women? for shame! (being sarcastic.)
But transgenderism is cool? Got it.
The real reason behind the ban is that the Templars survived as free masons.
lmao the current pope is a mason.
You can cut your dick off and get a fake vagina. That's not a "grave sin". Raping kids isn't either. In fact, you can rape kids for years and still be a priest, bishop, cardinal and even pope.
*rape kids for centuries
True.
Essentially true. The sin is intentionally getting drunk. What if someone spikes your drink? You aren't responsible. What if you accidentally get drunk? That's more like negligence/imprudent behavior - but it's always sinful to "get drunk" on purpose.
They were judged to be depraved and perverted by the French King because the Knights held all of his debt. Kinda like our King considers MAGA depraved and perverted.
