The whole "carbon emissions" thing is a 100% scam, designed to lead to the sale of "carbon credits".
Worse. They want to eliminate you and your carbon footprint.
It is much more than carbon credits. If they control food, money and energy then they can control you completely. Carbon emissions come from energy use so restricting carbon dioxide emissions is a way to restrict energy use.
They are obviously not serious about restricting CO2 emissions because they are allowing China and India to expand as much as they like. When you can restrict energy then you are justified in increasing the cost of fuel. It will become more expensive to drive a car and heat or cool your home.
The solution they propose is for you to move into some modern, well insulated, homes that are so close to all the amenities that you do not need a car. Hence: 15 minute cities. Off-grid living will be outlawed, houses in the country will be deemed inefficient. Your taxes will be raised to price you out of your home and into their new concentration camps.
The real problem is not even about "Carbon Emissions" - even though if even in this metric the elites who ruled the world are the culprits - but the real problem is the plundering of natural resources and I suspect that would be even more warped than this metric, wrt to even the top 0.0001%
They tell us to clean up our acts while they pollute. It's like saying we cannot toss garbage out the cars while they can dump a truck load.
Absolutely. Thats why all this talk about "Humans are destroying the environment", "you dont care about environment" etc are perfect starting point for this debate. I always reply to them with "Humans are absolutely destroying the environment, but not the ones like you and me". Classing "agree and argue" technique.
I will say, "Yes, we are destroying the environment but we cannot equate to John Kerry even if we live to 250 years old."
