Random thoughts- this occurs on the 60th anniversary of JFK. My MIL is from Ireland and she has told me stories of when the 1960 election was happening that the Irish followed it very closely due to Kennedy being an Irish Catholic. She has a memory of her father listening for the results on the radio. Migration is happening all over the EU but the violent attack happens on Irish soil on the day one of the most famous descendants of Irish blood is assassinated.
