The former general registrar of Prince William County, Virginia, Michele White, has been indicted on three grand jury charges related to allegedly altering election results during the 2020 election. The charges stem from her alleged violation of the law between August and December 2020. White’s trial is set to begin on January 16, 2024, and could last up to January 26.

I'm not sure what to make of this. A grand jury indicted her but prosecutors can't tell the court exactly what fraud she committed. Even the judge has asked them to clarify what she did wrong. They claim she forged the tally on the tapes but her defense says that a hand recount was performed on the ballots and that's the number that was the official tally. Her defense is calling tor another hand recount.
She makes $45k a year and has no funds to continue paying for a defense. I'm not saying she is innocent but this is everything that is wrong with our judicial system. The government can rail road you if you can't come up with 40k to pay a lawyer.
A recount and an audit are two very different things. This election needs to be AUDITED.

This. Recounts are easily rigged just like the original counts. Then they can say, "See?! It's 100% perfect!"
The ballots need to be laid out and reviewed/counted, including the mail-in envelopes to match.

Georgia did an audit and didn't even notice Fulton County submitted incorrect data. A private citizen comparing ballot images that were released as part of a lawsuit against the audit to actually detect this. How many other audits had issues the auditors never found?
Every tally sheet and ballot image needs to be online so anyone can verify the total in every batch against what the ballot images showed.
