as per protocol, you have to shout "nonlethal" or "lethal" every time you pull the trigger so the target and witnesses know what to expect
Those laws are nuts out there then. You create a problem with a firearm out here & you get one, maybe two, warnings to drop it & then you are filled with slugs.
Is this procedure for taking a citizens home, warranted or not, by force or all the time there?
