And then before Biden leaves office he can simply pardon Hunter and even himself. This is their plan , but NCSWIC they will hang !

Gee, almost like Congress should pass a law demanding that they should be mandated to be forthcoming and explicitly remove that argument.
As far as I know, there is also no strictly Constitutional requirement to withholding that information.
