I reported them on the Etsy site. This is definitely advertising 'downloads' of videos or photos depicting 'Pizza' = little girl porn and 'Chicken' = little boy porn.

Remember! Complaints to the payment processors are a far stronger arm than complaints to Etsy
I just went to look for this and it doesn't appear.
Apparently it has been all over social media, so etsy must have taken action upon people complaining about these.
