Not everyone is of equal intelligence. It is a simple fact of being a human. If you are one of the unfortunate people that due to intelligence or just plain won't work at making the grades to get into medical school you shouldn't even be allowed to start, and I don't care what your race or ethnicity is. That factor should have nothing to do with the qualifying for the role.
You wouldn't need special treatment for anyone if you kept the entry level to merit instead of trying to artificially inflate the numbers for some groups by special treatment to fill your social justice quota.
It's about time we got back to letting the chips fall where they may, and if any group isn't cutting it then is time for THEM to raise their game not time for the rest to sink to their level.
Merit based hiring, firing, and promotion should be practiced in all facets of our society and not just for medical professionals. You don't raise up humanity by dumbing down the standards.
Think pilots.
Yes, I was discussing some of the professions with the wife, and that is one of the major ones that should disqualify affirmative action hires.

Had a really hard landing last week. I really do not want to know which of the pilot trainees was flying.
Maybe we should be able to select flights by pilot. Their resumes should be available, and their safety stats. Why NOT?
Then informed travelers wouldn't fly on flights with marginal pilots. They would be weaned out.
OF COURSE WE would not want to know the race or sex of the pilot, just the stats man!
Could've also been a new pilot fresh from the Navy. They tend to land the hardest of any pilots thanks to landing on carriers and relying on that tailhook. It takes them a little time to get used to having longer runways.
Its not as though the medical profession has been covering itself in glory anyway is it?

Go to a top 0.1% neighborhood school or private school. Pick out a random selection from all ethnicities at that school. Run the IQ. I garauntee the IQs will be similar. Or better yet. Go to a poor rural school that’s 99% white and a poor rural inner city school that’s 99% black. Run the IQs and tell me the numbers.
I’ve seen white kids in poor rural areas that are as dumb as a box of rocks. I’ve seen the same in inner city areas. Poverty is closely related to IQ. Go to poor areas of China. Japan. Yes. We have poor areas in China and Japan. I bet the IQs are lower than average Chinese or Japanese.
That is the liberal take on stupid, and the reason they have used to rob the working class with their fake war on poverty. Intelligence has a very big genetic component, and it doesn't matter what the color of the skin. There are stupid whites too.
One is forced to be skeptical of the competence of all black doctors, given that so many are elevated beyond their capabilities starting with admission to medical school.

Filling the ranks of medical professionals with unqualified candidates seems like another way to advance the overall culling of humanity. Those that seek medical care will see a rise in mortality rates from malpractice, those who notice the patterns will avoid medical treatment even if they really need it, all the while the cream of the crop will be whisked away to private practices to ensure the over class gets proper treatment and us plebs will be stuck with Dr. Bonqueefa.
They are all unqualified. They almost all gave the clot shot.
The medical profession is filled with idiots and tyrants already - and for years. Even a white doctor will kill you. Get healthy and stay away from doctors as best you can.
