Back in early Christianity walking with Jesus was known as the way. Christ came and lived a perfect life as an example. He showed us how to live. We can now have a relationship with him as he guided us in our day to day. Learning to walk the way he showed. Way shower :)
In my day to day I literally conversate with Jesus. Knowing he is with me through it all. Imagine a best fren that is with you. How do you talk and interact with them. That is how Jesus wants our relationship to be with him. A best fren ship moment to moment.
so Jesus knows the 'way' to God, and is here to 'show' us.
also, the 'Sayings Gospel of Jesus' (common material between Matthew and Luke) is AKA as the Q-Source, and it's material 'showing' us how to live...example; the Beatitudes are in the the Q-Source.
and the Jefferson Bible is similar to the Q-Source, so TJ also saw value in the material. he separated it out from the rest of the Bible.
All along the way we have not been left comfortless. Trump and the Patriots have advised us as much as possible as to what to expect during this "pause." We have so much to be grateful for. 🙏

but it makes sense. the Bible says; Jesus is ''the way, and the truth, and the life'' (John 14:6)
and the word 'show' has several meanings. one being Q's 'show', and then Everything 'shown' has meaning...can be a noun or verb.
