Hey people. I am in need of comfort for my family and myself. My Mother passed away unexpectedly. No vaccine or anything that I am aware of. Just need and uplift as I am not sure what to do.

Your mom is in a better place fern..there was a reason God called her home...in your sorrow know all your ferns here send prayers to you and your family...your mom is sitting on her cloud and looking down hoping you will rejoice that she is with God now...........Peace fern to you and your family

Lost mother and brother this past year ...its hard ... good to talk with family and friends and not keep it bottled up...maybe think about doing something for your mother's favorite thing ... "mother would like that" (we did something for an animal shelter w/ naming).
Eternal rest grant into her O Lord, and may perpetual light shine upon her. May her soul and those of all who have departed our earthly life through the mercy of God, rest in peace.

Dear Lord, I pray that you would comfort or friend from the passing of his mother. I pray that you would bring other family members around so that I could have a memory and a celebration of her life. I pray that you couldn’t focus on the positive things, and loving memories of her gift of love to her family. In Jesus name amen!

God calls us home according to his timing, not ours. If you have any unresolved issues with your mom, talk to her. She's in a better place, and can still see you when you are conversing with her. She may or may not be able to offer any tangible sign that she hears you, but then again, she might. People who have died and been resuscitated tell of deceased family members coming to greet them.
Pray that God helps you deal with your loss and provide you direction and comfort in working through this.
I'm sorry fren. I lost my mom in her 50's. Unexpectedly, prior to the fauchiouchy.
On my word, there has not been a single week she hasn't been in my thoughts. God bless you and the family during this terrible time.

Hello Fren. Its a hard thing to bear when your Mom dies. Its normal to feel lost and empty when this happens, this will pass but the memory of it will linger on.
The remembrance service will help to soothe your heartbreak, as well as the comfort of those of your family and friends she left behind to grieve.
My mother died in 2006 and not a day goes past when I don't remember her.

So sorry for your loss, it’s life changing to lose a parent. I lost my mom in 2021 due to the murderous demons in the hospital. Know she is with you and I’m 100% positive that the one thing she would want from you is to take good care of yourself and your family. Prayers going up for you and yours.

It's always tough.....be strong for the family. Prayer sent.
There IS a better place after life on earth. If God created heaven, earth, and hell, He can also create another place like Earth where beings go after they depart. I was thinking today this earth could be a testing ground to separate the good from the bad.. I'm sure your mom who died peacefully without any pain or hassle wanted it this way in order not to burden you and cause long suffering. I'm also sure she's in a better place now and that she's loved and a good person. No words can comfort you. I know this because it took me 3 years of mourning my grandma before I could feel happy again without crying. Just know that your mother would want you guys to be okay and that's what will make her happy when she watches you from above.

If she had to go, there's no better way. Quick, fast, painless and no suffering. Say a prayer of thanks to God for taking her that way. Just know that you're not alone. Many of us have lost parents, spouses, children, brothers and sisters. I pray that all of you support one another. God will be with you. Don't make any snap decisions about anything right now. Get through the initial phase of grief before doing anything in haste. Give yourself time to process it and realize that other family members need you now too. So try to help others and in doing so you will be helping yourself. God Bless all of you.

That's hard. My condolences to you and your family. It's seems sometimes easier for the family when they have some idea what is coming - time to prepare, spend extra time with their loved one, say things they wish they had...
