It’s fine IMO….double meaning of course…
Yeah, cuz those woke activists who want to normalize pedophilia say that one can’t help who they love.
That may be your takeaway, but I didn’t read it like that.
Would it make you happier if there was no sign? Is it possible that a sign could save a child this horror? Could it save a life? Could it save a marriage?
Huh? I was fine with the sign, and it seemed like you were not….go pick a fight somewhere else.
I thought we were having a dialogue. My apologies.
Obviously, I don’t have a clue.
He isn't wrong.
No he is not. Ask any stripper.

Whereabouts in Michigan?
EDIT: Genesee County, Flint area.
Flint was a hotbed for trafficking if im not mistaken
Could have been said better. People who don't love their kids won't care. Those who do already prevent the problem for their child. Not sure human trafficking is solely predicated on unloved kids. Aren't many abducted into it?
Right, my point exactly.
I think its a jackass billboard. I get the sentiment of course... agree with it completely. It is indeed the truth. I am not at all saying its a bad message. However, I don't want my children asking me what this sign is all about. Some may call that "sheltering" but I think its to a lesser degree along the lines of some questionable topics for school library books. Honestly, I'm torn... we do talk to our children about these concerns, keeping safe, etc. Most importantly we're involved. I don't need a billboard in my children's face with this message on it... but I would like to see it other places maybe mostly only seen by parents. Don't hate on me for this... I can't be alone in thinking this about this particular billboard.
It won’t be love.
Wut?
I dont think this is the way to go about bringing awareness
I like it.
It highlights two important truths:
Human trafficking is real, including the abduction and trafficking of children.
Children without love in their lives are more likely to exhibit dangerous behaviors, including those that increase their risk of becoming trafficked.
Some normies will be turned off by such a billboard, but at the same time they'll be exposed to those truths -- and that's what starts an awakening.
Smh @ downvoters lol... I was just pointing out its wording, not all trafficked children are un-loved. Some are born into it and some are stolen from loving parents.. It definitely irked some normie buddies of mine lol you called it.
You are 100% correct: children from decent, loving homes get kidnapped and trafficked as well -- which somehow feels even more horrifying.
An effective meme -- especially for a billboard, where people won't have more than a moment to take it in -- must be brief, which is why a meme always tells just part of the story. (I, clearly, am not a person well-suited to creating memes; everything leads to everything else and I have trouble shutting up).
Also, I like this meme in part because I believe nearly ALL of the world's man-made problems have their roots in childhood trauma and a lack of love early in life.
No well-loved child grows up to rape or murder, or to tyrannize people in other ways. Well-loved (not over-indulged; that's something else entirely) children become good neighbors and decent human beings; they aren't driven to join cults or to believe bullshit from politicians, celebs, or authority figures. Even actual psychopaths (i.e., people with certain frontal-lobe deficits that prevent full empathy for others) may be less likely to become nightmares if raised in a loving home, especially if they are exposed to libertarian philosophy (live and let live, basically) and, as adults, marry and have children.
But it’s the truth. The harsh truth.
