Calling out exemptions in the bill is almost certainly futile as the number of such exemptions might be large. Also, is there a possibility that this violates first amendment free speech rights?
My opinion (your mileage may vary) is that teachers can say anything they want to OUTSIDE the school. But in school, they have no "free speech' rights, they have OBLIGATIONS (contractual and otherwise) to teach the state's curriculum. Rainbow bullshit has no place among impressionable young people in a tax funded institution. There, plane enough?
