The only effective tax revolt is to drop out of the system entirely. Cash or barter for everything. Stay out of the banking system.
It makes living a modern life nearly impossible, especially with a mortgage.
The best we can do is minimize the impact by transitioning to cash or barter whenever possible. That's why they want to do away with cash.

Calling out exemptions in the bill is almost certainly futile as the number of such exemptions might be large. Also, is there a possibility that this violates first amendment free speech rights?
They'll do many things at once. Believe in redundancy. They will do vote fraud where they can, they will cheat any way they can. On top of the voter suppression caused by the virus, hoax or not.
They will throw everything they have at this election.

Tonight, there are unconfirmed reports coming out of Moore County, NC of three substations being shot up with firearms simultaneously to cut power to a drag show. Reportedly, nearly 40,000 people in Moore County are currently without power.
A "Drag Show?" If true, good, shut them all down. However, true or not, can this be used by the left? Could this be a ploy to beg for LGBTQ... sympathy?
If they did nothing wrong, they have nothing to fear.
