It seems to me that, while microplastics and their endocrine-disrupting nature are definitely a valid concern, I get the perception that it's a conveniently-timed focus in the media cycle just as we see news that cancer rates are spiking through the roof. Notably amongst younger folks as recent articles have pointed out. I even see Redditors bringing it up when people discuss the subject, while continuing to deflect from the potential that it could have been "sudden" cancer from the gene manipulation. The insidious nature of cancer reminds me of the debate around climate change. It can be blamed on literally anything. Just a thought....

You're probably 100% correct. Been thinking the same thing for quite a while
I have been trying to go 100% plastic free in food. It is so hard where i live when everything is wrapped in it.
im already immune (to plastic) at this point.as long as I still have God's DNA..whatever
That makes sense. They’ll do anything to shift the blame and to confuse the people. A side note, there’s pretty much nothing that isn’t considered toxic anymore. They polluted our air, water and land therefore our food and everything else they’ve touched. These people (?) suck.
Everywhere I look, I hear about microplastics.
They will KILL YOUR TESTOSTERONE and turn you into a EUNUCH, they said.
I never heard a damn thing about microplastics until people were forced to wear plastic against their noses and mouths for years on end.
Besides, plastic is so useful and so pervasive, it's just not possible to get rid of them all.
So we should stop obsessing.
I know it is the vax.
I’ve had a habit of chewing on straws, pen lids, literally anything plastic my entire life. Someone told me yesterday to stop drinking bottled water due to the microplastics. I took the lid off and started chewing it. (I know, I know - choke hazard)
I told him I thought I’d be okay. 🤷♂️
🤣
Distractions!
You're right, but that's only half the story: we consumers get shamed and bombarded with fear porn for buying plastic, while not a single company sells the products we need in anything other than plastic.
It's like lead that you kick up accidentally by walking through a dirt parking lot. It's everywhere and you can't avoid it. You inhale it. It's no one's fault.
Or core radiation, cosmic radiation slamming you all day every day. Thousands of ionization per second. Your body deals with it without you thinking about it. Your body has no worries but apparently this causes you great distress.
Trust your body. It doesn't worry, why should you?
Everyone that is not you is most likely lying to you. Worry about your family instead of what everyone is telling you to worry about. Time better spent , methinks
This may be true but we’re fucking drowning in plastic. We need to switch to hemp “plastic” and soon
Dr Ana writes about microplastics a lot. https://open.substack.com/pub/anamihalceamdphd/p/recent-consumer-report-reveals-high?r=1281d9&utm_medium=ios&utm_campaign=post
And brain chips too… https://open.substack.com/pub/anamihalceamdphd/p/brain-computer-interface-technology?r=1281d9&utm_medium=ios&utm_campaign=post
I believe "they" have poisoned our food, water, meds, air, soil, etc. I also believe "they" have suppressed all manner of things that would improve our health and overall daily life.
