I think we are taking the wrong tactic on the Greta thing We may want to expose these people for the evil demons they are. What decent adult takes a topic, any topic, and scares children into believing we only have 10 yeas of time before all is lost. It doesn't matter if you believe their bs or not. All of us need to point out the evil that comes with scaring children for any reason.
This. From day one, my gut feeling told me to pity the child that was - in my eyes - forced on to the stage. She even had a mental condition, that probably made it difficult for her to say no to the abuse, so she could just be a normal school girl.
Once on the scene, she probably relished all the limelight and attention, brought to her by the media and the world leaders - except Trump who did the right thing by not giving her the attention.
She was obviously weak. She could only say her rehearsed lines. Once she was asked questions outside her comfort zone, her handlers had to step in and save her.

As I understand it she was already obsessed with the "climate crisis" before she was sold by her parents to the political class for propaganda. Its what made it easy for them.

We haven't seen them wake up so far. It seems to me the corruption doesn't bother them at all. I'm not just talking Dems, but R's. as well. For decades our elections have been rigged with filthy dirty voter roles. Our congressmen make 200k a year, yet they mostly became multi millionaires while in office! The excuse is "both sides do it." It seems to me the voters don't mind accepting corruption as a means of doing business. We need to find ways to make them care. Calling out how evil it really is to scare children to get what you want is disgusting, and everyone who looks the other way should be called out on it.
In fact, notice how no wind turbine in history has ever collapsed on it's own foundation and melted into a lava crater for one months time...
It's all a big steel construction with lot's of balanced weight at the top, some of the bigger ones are almost as tall as the twin towers.
Yet, every single time they collapse they bend somewhere on the middle or fall like a tree.

Leave some ice on the edge of a wing and it can catapult far away, killing someone who get smashed by the sheet of ice. It is a real threat, hence why they need to remove the ice.
I understand de icing. Just didn’t know they did it on these turbines. Just put the turbine in 🔒 mode and let it thaw on its own
Yea, problem is that most countries that has many of these needs more power specifically during winter. And without much alternatives other than burning coal de-icing may be the cheaper option.
Plus that liberals would get their panties in a twist if they saw these things not spinning while there's a need for power. They don't care if there's actual production or not, as long as they spin, liberals believe they work.
