It is as they have said. Let me tell my harrowing story:
I began as a refugee. After escaping Reddit jail, where I had been incarcerated together with fellow anonymous political prisoners for Trump-loving, I crossed the border into a newly-established .win camp for beleaguered Trump-supporters. That site remained a happy celebration of The Donald until the 2020 election was stolen. We were all outraged, but held fast for the rest of that year, still daring to hope that Trump would arise save the day, but that didn't happen.
Everything changed on that awful day in January when we watched our great much-maligned president fly away on Air Force 1. It was then that the mood of the board changed for the worse. Many of my fellow refugees seemed to throw in the towel as if the bad guys had won, and it was as if a damp cold fog had settled in. They changed the name to Patriots, and darker hues began to prevail until hope was ridiculed and anything positive was slapped to the ground as being unrealistic and silly. It is not an exaggeration to say that the whole site quickly descended into a swirling vortex of whining blackpillery.
When I could take no more of that soul-sucking negativity, I set out once again. Some of my fellow refugees had been speaking in guarded whispers of a place they knew, an online community where Q was respected and Anons could safely discuss what they had unearthed about what was really going on. It was a place, they said, of bright sunlit uplands where the mods were fine and a positive mood was carefully preserved. With great expectation I set out once again, crossing yet another border to find that GAW was everything they told me it was. I have since watched it become an important engine for the dissemination of red-pill memes and information.
I know this is corny as hell, but I was in a mood and couldn't help myself. The point is that PW didn't start out bad, but they chose to despair, and it overwhelmed them. When people pull their own eyelids down like that, it is almost impossible for them discern who was stirring poison into the pot. It doesn't surprise me that they're now rabidly anti-Q.
I cant blame them though. If you havent looked into Q and think its fake, it really did look like Trump just walked away and abandoned the election steal on Jan 7th etc. Luckily, that prompted me to give Q a try and wow it all fell into place!
I understand what you're saying. I didn't mean to sound like I was dismissing all PWs to a Q-less hell as if the departure of Trump never rocked me. It did. I felt like I had been gut-punched before I began to see what was happening, so I understand their despair. That doesn't mean I think it's harmless.
The thing is, people make their choices, but they seldom understand where those choices will lead. Worse, people who are led and run by their feelings make choices without even realizing they have made them. They think feelings make their choices for them, when the truth is they have subjected their will to their emotions so that it no longer serves them in the way that it should. The latter are extremely easy for unscrupulous people to manipulate, and I think that is how all the badness at PW is being reinforced and perpetuated.
Many of the PWs believed the worst, which is understandable under the circumstances, but then they couldn't be talked out of it, and they began to talk other people into it. They never chose to get up from that dark place to look for what hope might still be out there––the hope that might be found in a truth one has yet to discover. Now, because of that choice to remain in the dark, they can't see that what they once hoped for is even possible, and their bitterness will never let them try. Instead they will continue to chatter and repeat to one another the idea that they are in the toilet and that the toilet, in all its stinky splendor, is the truth.
I followed a similar path from r/hillaryforprison to r/the_donald, then, banned by reddit tranny mods, I left reddit for patriots.win until the steal happened and ended up mostly here.
I might be more cynical than many here and I don't buy into a lot of the Q theories or hopium, but I have not been banned for asking legitimate questions here. There is something legitimate to Q, something more than just the time proofs with colored boxes and lines reaching to make connections. I have seen enough to confidently say President Trump is involved with Q. Good or bad, I just want the truth and I believe that is what has led many here.
Not banned, but labeled a Q-tard. I still go there, but the mood is a lot more somber than over here.
