I read a more detailed information on rf/emf/microwave that I didn’t save but made me decide to quit using it. My better half has used it less than a handful of times since, but not before letting me know that it’s going to be used so I can move at least 6 feet away - like it’s gonna help a lot🤭😝😆
It even think about removing the microwave itself and throw it away after destroying it so nobody can use it. But better half im sure will put up a wall of resistance and from my POV the kitchen will look unpleasant in that area - have to think what useful equipment I replace it with.
I remember when microwave ovens were introduced at the NY Worlds Fair in 1964. My older brother was fascinated by the demo - got close for a better look, and the flashbulb strip for his camera was in his shirt pocket. 3 of the bulbs flashed off - scared the heck out of him! He thought he was having a heart attack. Guess they still had work to do to shield them at that time.
Ours is still downstairs. We decided to just try it. I’ll probably take it to the Goodwill this summer. I’m close to 70, so I remember not having one. It definitely takes more planning. I start making dinner about an hour before. Most of the time, anymore, it takes me about 30 minutes. If we were still working every day, I might not have given it up.
Within the past two years I had incorporated eating either cold (unheated if leftovers) meals, room temperature, slightly warm (not above Pasteurization temperature) food unless I really have to cook something hard like rice, or eggplant(not recommended to eat raw), etc.
The rationale behind is once you cook the food materials above a certain temperature you pretty kill most if not all the enzymes, nutrients (life force) etc, and end up eating “dead calories”.
So what I have been doing within that time period has been eating fresh and as raw as possible, non-gmo, organic food, absolutely NO preservatives and processed food unless the packaging explicitly states NO preservatives, etc. which is when I buy dehydrated fruits and canned fish if I don’t see anything fresh.
It doesn’t taste as good compared to eating “warmer” or even hot food, but oh well something’s gotta give.
I used to eat 3 meals a day that have to have rice in it, now I’m down to two meals a day with one meal cold (cereal/fruit bowl) and the other meal either cooked (better half) or uncooked with or without rice (quinoa substituted for rice), and I don’t even feel that hungry by the time I eat incorporating an 18 hour fasting (6 pm to 12 noon) and 6 hours eating the rest of the remaining time.
The down to two meals wasn’t even planned/intentioned. It just happened and feel great with lots of energy💪💪💪
I use an air fryer, they work fantastic and can cook or heat anything. I cook steak, chicken, vegetables, etc. in it. I think most of the nutrients are preserved with this method.
I didn’t want to purchase one but better half got one because it went on sale.

In order to get a larger picture of that research, there is deeper digging to be had that you likely won't find using that search term. In addition to other programs in a similar vein conducted by the C_A, and reports of those experiments and programs, there are hidden things in the Gateway Process release itself.
The original Gateway Process release was missing page 25. That missing page was finally released in 2019 after decades of FOIA requests, though I think it wasn't publically released until 2021. Regardless, it elaborates the beliefs of the investigator on the true nature of Reality.
The age old debate in philosophy is the question of "which came first," thought, or the physical, i.e. did consciousness emerge from what we call "the physical" (even though physics suggests that concept is ill defined), or did the physical emerge from consciousness? Page 25, the missing page, answers that question (according to the beliefs of the writer).
As it turns out, the beliefs espoused by that missing page can be found in pretty much every religion going back to the beginnings of recorded history, all across the world. The details get a little muddy depending on which culture/belief system is speaking, but the core is consistent; i.e., we are fundamentally connected to the Source of All Things. We are pieces of Source. We are the Source experiencing Itself.
Physics says pretty much exact that, or at least it is an idea consistent with all physics. Physics (or science in general) doesn't say whether or not the Source is intelligent or as dumb as a box of photons, but it does suggest there was a Source of All Things, and we are in all ways fundamentally connected to It.
All religions say it, although some sects (including the most popular ones) obfuscate that statement, both saying it, and at the same time, purposefully separating us from Source. But other sects of all the popular religions (Gnosticism, Mysticism, Kabbalism e.g.) do make that claim, and hold it as the highest principle. Older religions, and many of those that are less popular today, state it explicitly without obfuscation.
True or not, you can find this message everywhere: to wit, on the most fundamental level, you, me, and everyone else, are just the Source experiencing itself. It is from this idea that our Inalienable Rights are derived, our Sovereignty (Ultimate Authority over our own Jurisdiction).
I suggest that the thoughts that are instigated by that missing page make it a rather glaring omission. Perhaps there is a really important reason it was not included. Perhaps there was a really important reason it was released in 2019/2021.

Incidentally, we went on an Antartica cruise in 2016 and didn’t care or know about extraterrestrials at that time and I did the “polar plunge” as part of the cruise activity and what surprised me was the water was not as cold when I did the plunge.
Knowing what I have learned now I had speculated that the water was kept “warm” - not that cold without melting the ice cover.
I would have still done the polar plunge knowing what I know now and stayed in the water as much as I can and as much as the crew allowed without being hypothermic and try to say “hello”👽🛸🐸

To think I’m telling you these now without tangible evidence and used to not know that extraterrestrials exist is loony by my own way of thinking.
