I have a friend who ate steak like people eat candy. Candy eaters become diabetic when they eat too much my friend got frontal temporal dementia from way too much red meat and all the protein is laying on his brain.
Jordan Peterson literally only eats red meat.

I know about 5 people that went 100% carnivore (plus intermittent fasting), and my only reaction is jealousy. Sounds awesome, they're ripped, and have endless energy.

This - My grandfather was a meat and potatoes guy, with bacon and ham in every breakfast. He fried his taters in bacon fat and also tasted the bread with it as well. All the men of that era did and they lived long active lives.
Flouride causes dimentia. Was he taking that out of his diet? It's in every product that uses water. What about the toxins in "vaccines". Theres so many other possible reasons than "red meat".
