There's a reason our ancestors largely kept women out of positions of power. It wasn't because there weren't many capable women.
I think it's because they recognized that the damage wrought by the loons who slip through far exceeds the benefit of the limited pool of capable women. At some point, the men said "enough" in one society, banned women to the home, and their society flourished. Eventually every nearby group in the area saw the benefits of this arrangement (or got conquered due to their weakness) and did the same. This proven system lasted for centuries if not millenia until the Marxtards grabbed hold of Education in the 1960s.

God made men and women and a range of talents. If I see a good woman leader of business or something traditionally male, I'm behind her equally as if be behind a male. I've suffered under crap male bosses and crap female bosses, they tend to fail in different ways. But I've been under great ones, too. Their training and heritage made a lot of difference in their outcomes. Your argument would lose us the Kari Lakes and Michael Robinsons of the current political world because you're be looking first at everything except their talents and actions.

And subsisting off Cats and Boxed Wine.
