What are they gonna do and where are they gonna go? They signed a contract to work on that boat for a certain amount of time, thus if they break the contract they get no money, plus they are stranded in a foreign country, probably don't know the language nor culture. They have to live on that boat like it was their apartment and if they jump ship they will be arrested and go to jail. Plus they make a ton of money while sitting on the ship, why screw the pooch?
Sitting on the boat under a collapsed bridge you knocked down or out at sea ... still on the water and still have jobs to do on that ship. A ship like that has supplies enough to cross oceans. Even if the were running low on supplies... I suspect somewhere out there in the area someone would deign to deliver more if needed.
CNN? Hard pass. Hell to the NO!

They should at least be under investigation, definitely the pilot at least…but we know that will never happen…
To control the narrative. Can't have the crew blabbing about what happened in the final 2 minutes. Keep them on board and quiet.
They are going to have to float it at some point. Plus everyone on the ship is foreign.( it's not the southern border after all)
I read the ships Capt. is an Ukranian. Coincidence I'm sure ...?
+1 for the correct useage of 'an' :)
This ship and its contents should be seized as a down payment for what they owe for the bridge.
Well, I doubt the ships owners own the cargo as well, so that would be theft.
Exactly.
Shouldn't they be pelted with filth and garbage?
You would think every effort would have been made to rescue the crew on day one. But I do suppose they had enough supplies to last a week.
They were setting off on a trip that was supposed to last about a month. They are probably set up pretty well.
Would have thought it would be considered a crime scene. Probably have them locked up somewhere on the boat I'd imagine.
Same thing happened to the crew aboard the Evergiven when it got stuck. Only difference is this ship didnt draw a dick before the 'accident' happened

That’s their fucking problem. Learn to steer ship. I read they got to go stock up at Walmart before this shit happened. They good.
