But you could certainly own a cannon.
My mum had one.
People own them now, I've seen Pawn Stars buy one.. I made one once..
i made a brass & stainless steel ( smooth-bore ) gravity fed gatlin-gun.. in shop class.
Mine was shop class two..
:D Shop class.
Haha. The good old days of shop class guns.
If you own a piece of PVC pipe and a golf ball you already own a cannon. Just Sayin'
Joe was a brain surgeon once. So good he could operate on himself. And that explains a lot.
The first lesson on the 2nd Amendment is, it is not a right 'given' OR taken away, by the gov., it IS a direct restriction ON that gov. of a right of The People Not to be Infringed. The next lesson is, anyone attempting to take away the Bill of Rights, is committing Treason.
The man CANNOT stop lying!
Rightttt wth ! I mean I don’t know for sure but my first thought was - they just let him babble about insane lies . I’d rather hear about corn pop !
At this point, his lying has become pathological.... and it's becoming noticeable to everyone. Maybe this public "Joe" is a white hat operation and part of the psy-op that said "We can't tell you, we have to SHOW you."
Of course you could own a cannon. The Revolutionary Army got many of their cannons from private owners.
Dumb ass. In Texas I can own a tank.
You could own a Cannon when the 2nd amendment was written. Technically you could own a 1st rate Ship of the Line if you had the cash and really wanted one. To put that in perspective owning a First Rate Ship of the Line in the late 18th, early 19th century.
Is the equivalent of owning a Gerald R. Ford Class Aircraft Carrier with a full complement of strike craft. In modern day.
The only real barrier would be cost. Hence why Cannons at least at the time weren’t usually owned by individuals. And more often were the property of the Local or State Militia. Or Regular Military.
Brandon was half right. There were limitations when it came to cannons, but they were strictly cost limitations because it was cheaper to own a gun.
Was this before or after he drove the big rigs?
fun fact. the early united states did not have a real navy. they hired & contracted private merchant vessels that were well armed (with cannon) to engage both english & spanish war ships
hence the term 'privateer'
Can anyone find out if Joe ever taught anything in Law School? I bet not. I think this is yet another confabulation from the lying Dementia Joe.
I wonder what UPenn got for the $1 million .
For those who don't know, biden was forced out of previous presidential runs because of plagiarizing and lying. I strongly suspect this is just another one of his many, many lies.
It's actually easier to buy a cannon than a handgun.
What a retard
Just not the smartest tool in his tool box of thoughts and ideas.
I have actually fired a privately owned cannon in a Civil War reenactment a number of years back. Jackass.
FJB FJB FJB. Loser
I know people who own working cannons. Wtf he talking bout.
I recently watched a vidio of someone shooting a German 88, out in Nevada. It was the anti tank versions, so technically not a cannon.....
