Famous Last Words:
"I don't have anything to hide. I've done nothing wrong. Because I'm innocent, no reason I shouldn't sit down and help the FBI close this little matter they're so concerned about!"
Clearly they will cobble together something....
Like you remove the kickstand from a bicycle without informing the manufacturer so that they could reduce their insurance premiums because you voided the warranty and therefore you committed insurance fraud.
LOL, sir can I see your pillows? Why? I need to see if the tags are still there.
Is that a tear in your mattress tag?
I am going to have to bring you in for attempted tag removal!
Backup! Send swat!
KEK
That goes for ANY law enforcement.
So true. Most people just start babbling. Be smart and demand a warrant.
More importantly, a lawyer too.
Yup, I retained my lawyer for $1 he carries it around in his wallet.
Facetious so I guess you're super sure your sheriff is constitutional, or maybe you have no one you're responsible for other than yourself. That's cool. The rest of us, especially where local elections went funny, watch legal evaluations of concealed carry or eminent domain or other likely situations, evaluate advice and discuss plans with our families. We know a family who got almost screwed out of their land when frack-able area was identified, Western NC. We never hear the half of it in MSM.
Repeat after me.
Eat a bag of dicks.
🤣🤣🤣 Precisely! You got it.
Big Mike: "Okay."
I watched a little video last night on people filming their encounters with police. Their response to the questions by police was “I don’t answer questions.” Some cops walked away immediately. Some cops kept questioning. The people kept saying “I don’t answer questions.” All cops ultimately left. We have a right not to be a witness against self or others.
When cops pull you over for speeding and ask “do you know why I stopped you today?” And you say “I don’t answer questions?” What do they do then?
I agree with this to a degree. If you are truly innocent, fine. But if you are speeding, suck it up and pay the toll. Don't waste everyone's time because you want to abuse our rights. We all know right and wrong; you can lie to another person but you can never lie to God. Just how I try and approach things
Asserting your right not to answer questions isn't lying to anyone, nor is it "abusive". Your rights, use them or lose them. They do come from God, after all.
But why refuse to answer questions if you were speeding? That's all I'm trying to say. 1 Peter 2:13-15 does say we have a duty to obey authority is all. I know many are distrustful of authority for rightful reasons. All I'm saying is be honest; if you were speeding you were speeding. If you stole you stole; this is a circular argument and judging by responses on here I don't think I'm going to get anywhere with anyone. It all comes down to whether your trust most officers or don't.
I don't think God really cares how fast you drive.
1 Peter 2:13-15. We have a duty to obey authority. Does that mean most if not all of us speed. Yes. However, if I'm going to speed and I break the law then I'm going to have to pay the consequences of my actions is all. In that context I do believe it matters. If I break the law, speed, and then fight the ticket b/c I don't want to pay it I do think it matters.
There is no "law" against speeding. Legislation is not law.
1 Peter 2:13-17. "Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme; Or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well. For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men: As free, and not using your liberty for a cloke of maliciousness, but as the servants of God. Honor all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the king"
So any rule, policy, mandate, term of use, etc. created by man is backed by the full force of God. I have trouble accepting that.
We are to follow authority, the key is to change the law. But man is of course fallible as well. Just saying, if we don't like the law we should make an effort to change it is all instead of deciding which laws we will obey and which ones we won't. In the end does anyone live a sinless life, of course not. But the effort should always be made to fight the good fight.
"I respectfully decline to answer because I honestly believe my answer might tend to incriminate myself."
Be Joe Gallo. Be Joe Gallo af.
I presume you mean one of the gangsters, not the baseball player that helped ruin the game.
Gangster, yes lol
and when they get a warrant, still don't talk to them.
Your agency has no Constitutional right to exist, so fuck off.
I was told 20 some years ago that if any FBI came to my door for any reason, that I have no comment about anything. To tell them to see you with your lawyer at an appointed time. I thought Good golly I have nothing to hide....
I respect our police but there is no way I would talk to them now either. Get a warrant to talk to me for anything.
Scary times especially if you are a supporter of Trump.
Excellent advice, spread this far and wide.
Don’t they just come in guns blazing when people don’t cooperate?
that's when they have a warrant
LOL, just ask the director for the Bill and Hillary Airport in Arkansas
