Wouldn't that be a funny little twist. I could imagine God giggling about it that way. All that time and energy to study the universe and uncover it's secrets using science to get there and they find it all leads to God in the end.

I never thought the wimpy Jesus depiction is accurate, I picture him as ripped, with muscles like steel cables. You never heard of anyone trying Jesus in the Bible, and they didn’t stand and laugh at him at the temple. He cleared that place out by himself. It was “Oh crap here comes Jesus! Pack it up boys.”
