It does not use different frequencies. It uses pulse modulation. The frequency, wavelength, and energy it produces is always the same.
The supposed frequencies have not been verified. That is, there is no way for an independent third party to reproduce the data.
The supposed frequencies were derived by divination, literally clairvoyance.

To elaborate, the R. devices are in a category of energetic healing which use the electromagnetic spectrum. It is in the same realm as healing crystals. All of this is often assumed to be demonic since there is no natural explanation, and I believe that is a rightfully deserved reputation.
If people read/heard/saw that chemo and radiation were not to save but to harm, there would be massive doubt.....at first. Then, we'd see reactions similar to those who refused to get the vaxx boosters. It would take a while but gradually the masses would believe.
My husband and I have a doctor friend whose father was also a doctor. The Dad Doc was semi famous and knew Linus Pauling well. When Dad Doc was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in 1976, his oncologist friends told him to get his papers in order and try to live as good a life as possible for the next few months they gave him to live. Instead, Dad Doc began giving himself massive doses of IV Vitamin C. He went back to the oncologists a few months later. They did tests, I guess xrays back then, and he was tumor free. He lived until 2022 - 46 years beyond what his oncologist predicted.

If those three treatments were designed to kill people, why does that cancer have higher survival rates than other cancers that are LESS likely to be treated with those designed to kill processes? That suggests the cancer is more likely to kill you than chemo or radiation, right?
75% of people with stage 1 and 2 are treated with radiation, chemo, or both. 88% of stage 3 get radiation, chemo, or both. Stage 4 has 67% getting radiation, chemo, or both (a full 28% appear to do none of the traditional medical interventions).
Uterine cancer has a lower survival rate, yet 69% of people with stage 1 or 2 are treated with surgery alone.
