This is total, absolute, 100% bullshit. Iran has little to no legitimate motive to even try to do that.

However, Ukraine has an annual multi-billion dollar income motivation to try that.

{edit} But, let's also keep in mind that FBI Peter Strozk, and CIA John Brennan, and swamp-rat John Kerry all have deep ties to Iran- as do many others in the DC swamp. If the corrupt US govt. is indeed trying to frame Iran, we already know who is involved.
