It's been a few years since I watched the movie, but here's what I recall about the Sum of all Fears movie plot:
Deep State recovers an unexploded nuke. They ship it to USA, and conceal it in a vending machine that was placed in a football stadium where the President will be attending a game. They explode it, blow up the stadium, but the President survives (similar to Trump surviving the shooting).
The Uranium in the bomb was traced back to USA (similar to Obama & Hillary sending Uranium to terrorists in the U1 deal). Russia is framed/blamed for the attack (we've seen this multiple times in real life) in an attempt to start WW3 between USA & Russia. Tensions rise as the two countries approach war (the scare event?).
In the end, with not a moment to spare before nuclear retaliation begins, both Presidents are made aware of the truth, and catastrophe is avoided. In the final minutes of the movie Nessun Dorma plays while it cuts back and forth between showing the President signing an Order, and then showing a Deep State terrorist being executed, then another Order, and a different execution, etc.
Now take that movie plot, and real life events we've witnessed so far, and read what Q told us...

Lastly, in this drop Q told us how Iran had a secret nuke bomb facility in Syria that was assisted by the U1 uranium we provided, along with the pallets of cash Obama flew in. Now remember what happened on Feb 25, 2021, just one month after Joe's inauguration; we had a bombing strike against an Iranian facility in Syria. If you think for one single moment that the Biden admin/Deep State carried that out then you're delusional. That was clearly orchestrated by Trump/WH which means either Trump is/was Commander in Chief, or the White Hat military is/was running things.
To further drive that point home, Kabala Harris, on news of the airstrike, posted online that she was upset that nobody had consulted her, and that the airstrike came as a surprise to her. Donald Trump Jr. replied to her by asking if it came as a surprise to Joe as well. His question was framed as a joke, but obviously (to me at least) it was truthful in reality.

The end song of the 2002 film “The Sum of All Fears” is “Nessun Dorma” from Giacomo Puccini’s opera “Turandot”. This iconic tenor aria is featured during the climactic scene of the movie, where the traitors and Deep State actors are executed.
His description of what he says is an assassination attempt lacked few details. Like it was done with an atom bomb that took out a football stadium full of people and a good chunk of Baltimore and its purpose was to start a nuclear war between USA and Russia. Ukraine was involved. Taking out the bad guys occurred while we and Russia signed a treaty.
He implies a personal vendetta. It was not.

I think he's simply seeing the connection between the movie and the rnc but simultaneously taking liberty with his choice of words to make even more of a connection, even if it's disingenuous to a degree.
