I heard that his pants were down around his ankles, and this video appears to confirm that. As to how that would happen, I don't know but, maybe the bullet that killed him passed through his body, and still had enough force to yank his pants down as it exited his head/body. Just speculation.

Edit - At the 4:48 mark in the first video, when they get on the roof, the other officer already up there tells them to watch out for the bullet casings... then the bodycam guy counts only 5 casings.

5 shell casings on the roof would mean an additional shooter for the first 3 bullets.
