Olympics is usually under ‘fair use’ it’s a public international event… it’s not a record label or Hollywood video.

The International Olympic Committee is very assiduous at protecting their copyrights and branding. As far as I can tell, the Special Olympics is the only organization allowed to use the “O” word and that only after the IOC lost in the court of public opinion.
