I wish I could give you more than one upvote for this also. I used to think I could do everything a man could do!!! Then I started working in a gym. I was a strong woman, lifting heavy weights... however I could barely take the weights off the bars of what some of these men were lifting and it was part of my job to do that! I often asked big men in the gym to do it for me, which they graciously did. I have realized also, while doing construction with my husband, I cannot do it. I just can't. He can go for hours lifting heavy things and moving things... I still lift weights, he doesn't, and he can still outfit and outlast me. It's biology for sure.
I used to lift a lot. Benching 4 plates and some change on each side… Getting old now and I started doing the battle ropes— however to me it is disrespectful to leave weights on anything after use.
It used to be a thing to do to the newbs if they don’t return the weights but I see it even in bowling too. These people with this broken mentality won’t return the bowling balls either.
Those are the signs I pay attention too. The biggest is how drivers drive.
