Came here to say this. Interestingly, Luis Elizondo was presenting evidence of 'alien implants' on a recent News Nation video - after seeing the picture, the first thing that entered my mind was 'that's the Vril'.
So what is their point with this picture? All these "elites" are always taking this odd pictures. Clearly they're comms of some sort and the people who know that symbolic language can read the pic and understand that it's the announcement of an alliance of some sort regarding whatever illicit shit they're allying to do (for example).
What is this picture supposed to announce to people in the know? And what do those people understand from this picture?

From movies I have watched about aliens, when they cover with a human form and it's done too fast (i.e. for a photo op, etc.), sometimes there's not enough to cover their demonic souls completely...but usually the arm pit is saved for last so it's out of public view? This is tangible proof that they are indeed demonic in nature and that their souls are completely dark!
