IDK.... out here in the hinterlands we don't need Big Ag for our food, we grow it on our farms: cows, chickens and veggies. But in the big cities I can see underground facilities that turn people into Soylent Green and then package it into food for the masses. Think hamburger or Spam. Maybe there is a disconnect between city folks and rural folks when it comes to the taste of their food. Maybe the PtB are trying to make inroads into the rural parts but just haven't gotten there yet, logistics are tough.
