I dont think you get it. The importance of this isnt legal ramifications, after all nothing would happen while tyranny reigns regardless of its legality, but the optics of such tactics and the importance to the Awakening.

Entirely possible. The Clintons hate us just as much as Obummer does, but have been slightly better at hiding it. I also think the power struggle between those 2 camps has benefited us.
