How can a billboard have a drop shadow against the sky? It’s also perfectly square with the photo frame.

How do you get a soft drop shadow on the sky, if not Photoshop? How do you get a perfectly squared billboard in a photo taken from the ground? Perspective is a thing.
There may be a real billboard like this out there somewhere, but this picture is BS.
in theory it could be jpeg artifacts. Not saying anything definitive, but but one of the reasons jpeg is shit for editing, specially drawn images is the compression has this pesky habit of "blending" colors, which is especially true along edges. I'm not saying it's definitive, just playing devil's advocate.

Technically speaking, billboards don't usually cast shadows onto the sky as background. An accurate observation shows that three of these RPCs ran Against Trump and all are on record as having opposed him at some point. Hard times create strange bedfellows, especially when 'diversity' is the theme.
This dream team could become just another RINO 2.0.

Fake, done in Excel. Check out the boarder around the billboard especially on the far right. You don't project a shadow onto nothing. Also the orignal picture resolution is lower than the graphic.

It's the same picture though. You can't have a shadow on thin air. Maybe the picture is what the intend to put on the billboard and it isn't in the wild yet.
