The woman from Canton, Ohio (from the Police body worn camera) — she wasn’t a Haitian immigrant, but she lived in Canton, Ohio since birth, so said her neighbors.
What’s more, according to her neighbors, she was having mental problems and/or was on drugs, because that wasn’t normal for her.
Culture spreads. It doesn't matter if it's only Haitians doing it, it's that this wasn't happening until we started importing them. And not only Haitians either.
