How do we ever get past this?
🗣️ DISCUSSION 💬
Just want to start by saying I’m a Canadian but I think my question will apply to most in western nations.
How do we get past this divide in our societies? I can’t see myself ever trusting the medical establishment, my government (ever again) and my fellow citizen. How in the hell do we get to a peaceful society after this?
I have to agree OP, I’m Canadian and my faith is at a 0. My personal life outside my immediate family is terrible. I don’t really know what to say other than I have faith for future generations. But I’m 30 now and no kids, no house, live with roommates, work a back breaking job. No friends, nobody at work takes me seriously, if I post anything on Facebook I get 1-2 likes from a family member. Feels pretty bleak man.
Future generations will be fine. I’ll probably be childless old man who lives alone and doesn’t talk to anybody or do anything.
I’ll probably get fired from my job eventually cause I’m a scab to pick off in their eyes. A problem waiting to happen
Keep your head up, Champ. The valley is before the mountaintop. Keep on walking. Before you know it, everyone is going to wonder how you saw through it all and stayed true to yourself.
Be merry. Go out and get a girl. Get married. Have kids. Live Fully, Laugh, and Love.
Hold Your Faith Dear.
You Shall Prevail.

Thank you for your kind words fren ❤️ I’ll try my best
Every time I thought my life was bad, I considered people whose life were really, really bad, and it kind of made me thankful for what I had.
And regarding the female mate, hang in there. Go get involved in the community, go to church groups. To catch fish, you have to put your pole in the water. (not that pole)
Oh, Muckey.
You say just the right things!

Don't despair.
God Bless!

lol to heck with the easy life huh? Conan says you ain't living if you aren't crushing your enemy, and "hearing the lamentations of their woman."
As for me, I could do with the lamentations (aka bitching) part.
We’ve been lamenting for 6 years. I need to hear our enemies lamentations. I’m told it sounds like a beautiful aria written by Mozart.
You are loved and respected here Speakfree. Could or would you consider moving to get a better job? The economy is going to explode soon here in the states? And hopefully Canada as well...🙏
Thank you for your words of encouragement ❤️
You're welcome fren...I know the best is yet to come for you and all of us! 😺
Here is my advice to those approaching 30 years old or are already 30.
That is when life really begins and think of it as an opportunity for a fresh chapter in life. Based on what you are describing you need to do more and push yourself to avoid falling into a pit.
My observation is that when most 20 somethings hit 30 they fall into two camps. They thrive and actually grow or they hit a rut and stay in the same place for ever and ever.
A lot of people hit that wall at 30 and never over come it because they feel that they can not change their destiny.
But if you have a positive mindset 30 is very young age and the possibilities are endless to change your course.
Half of the people I know that hit 30 basically gave up on life. Life can make you jaded but I expect that from someone 50 or 60 years old. But it is common for a 30 something to hit that wall in life as an adult because they are no longer in their 20s. And life is more challenging as you grow older.
If the false artifice falls, expect a lot of that issue to go away with it.
