At the very least, he was born in Hawaii when they were not a state making him a citizen of the islands, not the USA.

The only way Barack Obama can be born in the United States is if Kenya was part of the United States as of his birth date. Since Kenya was never part of the USA, then there is no way Barack Obama can be a US Citizen at birth.
