I am sorry if you think I was posturing. I have been in floods, where the section next door to me ended up in the creek, and my well was running with brown flood water. What did I do? I went into the forest and collected pine-cones, to turn some flour into bread. A sorry individual arrived, I had never seen him before, but we dried him out and fed him as well. The helicopter could not even land because of high winds. One still has to feed the troops.

You can openly carry a firearm in North Carolina if you are at least 18 years old and have no felony convictions.
We have constitutional carry In South Carolina as well.
I'm glad S.C. changed it because if I remember correctly you used to had to keep ammo and firearm stored in separate places while in your automobile..
