So, did the illegals sign a document saying they have to repay? We actually have no idea what requirements the govt has levied on them. They obviously know who they are and where they are for them to get anything, but, if hurricane victims have to repay, don’t ya think they should too? It’s not too late for the govt to go make them sign a document.

This was not a normal path, much of the devastation was in places that had not experienced a storm like this so far inland before.
Then there's virtually nowhere on earth you can build thats safe from natural disaster that isn't a desert.
