Sounds like the guy is an idiot. I only posted it because of the ark being moved to Jerusalem. I probably should have just posted an article but this morning I was running late and posted the first thing I saw.

Here's an article from a Florida newspaper. It goes into more detail. The gold is 23.75 carat because that was the purity used in royal artifacts.

Christ came already. The ark is a useless relic at best. The tabernacle of God is now the individual believer with holy spirit indwelling, the temple the body of Christ.

Of God and His Son were real to people these props wouldn't be needed. They have no power or meaning to God's intended purpose now.
