JUST IN: Nevada Supreme Court Rules Mail-In Ballots without Postmarks Can Be Counted Three Days After Election | The Gateway Pun...
Nevada’s Supreme Court on Monday ruled mail-in ballots without postmarks can be counted three days after Election Day.
I can only think of one reason why a "mail in" ballot would not have a postmark.
Day din do nuffin!
BREAKING!🚨 The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, which is the most Conservative Appeals Court in the US just ruled that ballots MUST be received by Election Day and state laws allowing them to arrive later are preempted by federal law.
That means any state who allows their ballots to be cast AFTER Election Day is officially BREAKING FEDERAL LAW.
The 5th Circuit just made it infinitely MORE DIFFICULT for any cheating, or malfeasance planned after Election Day.
This ruling, while 4 years late could NOT have come at a MORE CRITICAL time as we are 11 days out from Election Day.
THIS IS A MASSIVE VICTORY FOR ELECTION INTEGRITY & FAIR ELECTIONS!!!

Nevada isn't under 5th circuit. 9th i believe.
I would call that “good news”
How can they get away with this when the federal law recently announced that no state can override the federal law that says all ballots must be in and counted on election day.
I'm so sick of these fucking judges who don't know a thing about the constitution.
Problem is once the ballot is removed from the envelope there is no way of tracking when it arrived unless they’re set aside before being mixed with those that did arrive by the legal deadline.
If kept separated as they should they can be removed from the election once the SCOTUS rules according to law.
No Balls
5th Circuit said NO, sue for precedent (since NV isn't under 5th circuit) and fast track this to SCOTUS
Headline should read “NEVADA SUPREME COURT ENDORSES ELECTION FRAUD”
GITMO they have no choice but to throw Hail Marys they know they are fucked.
Supreme court will rule very soon on this i bet.
What would the IRS do if you mailed in a payment that wasn't postmarked? Would they let it be counted as "on time" if your payment arrived without a postmark three days after the deadline? Just wondering.
That sucks.
They will fight, but you are ready.
Cheating judges.
This sets up the fight that sends it to the US Supreme Court as long as the Republicans appeal.
We tried this already but we were told we have no standanding in 2020
Already passed that point.
My point exactly
By your logic we shouldn't even vote. What happened in the past isn't an indication of what will happen now
If you're referring to my post I'm saying we're can't afford to let them steal it
This is how they cheated 2020, so they're dusting off the old play book again but this time I think it's a massive trap for them.
Lmao, they are so obvious. I hope there are indictments being printed as we speak.
So obvious
They must have a stamp right? There must be DNA on the stamp right?
Watermarks
How do you get a mail on ballot with no postmark? It must not have been mailed.
You receive a mail in ballot in a stamped envelope. When you return the ballot, you need to either return it in a stamped and addressed return envelope, or drop the ballot off in person at your precinct, but you should do this before election day.
The court allowing undated, unstamped absentee ballots allows the dems to see how many they need, manufacture them, and then "drop them off within 3 days following the election."
