In 2020 I went to an Internal medicine Dr. in the Philippines and then to an Emergency room regarding chest pain a few weeks later (I'd not told the Dr. about that afraid of the bill). So I explained my medical history and she sent me for a Lower Abs Sonogram, and 4 blood tests (Hep B&C) The Emergency room Dr. Did a EKG, a test for Kidney Failure, and If in a heart attack. He did a chest x-ray at my request since I'd been a smoker from 1970 until 1995. He also had me get an Echocardiogram. Then take the results to my Internal Med. Dr.
All these tests were same-day results, you pay cash, and they give you two copies, 1 for you and 1 for the Dr.
So 6 Blood Tests in Total, an EKG, an Echocardiogram, a Full Lower Abs sonogram, 3 Dr. Visits, an emergency visit, and the several meds prescribed by both 1 month supply. The Bill was just over 400 bucks in total.
Here in the USA you have no idea what the bill will be and test results come back days or even weeks later. You have to schedule Dr. visits way ahead of time, and I was lucky to get a Dr. apt. as a new patient with only a week's wait, the next appointment with the next available Dr. would have been January.
My test results from 2020 Slight Blockage of Right Ventricle, Swollen Prostate, Kidney stones (Thank God they come out relatively easy) A Gallstone(Not Blocking the bile duct), and fatty liver.
I work in Security and have to patrol, I patrolled extra last few years, I walked up the parking garage instead of down, then started doing laps up the two ramps. The last month (Aug) I changed to stair climbing. There are 1,508 stairs in total for the 3 sets of stairs. The last week I did a double set 3016 steps (Not all at one go)
I'm an old hippy cyclist, not a jock, and pedaled bicycles off and on since 2007, so my legs are strong. Climbing the stairs wasn't a problem and the cardio was good. Now I'm no longer working in that building due to SSA screwing me I quit until next year, but my company has paid me to work here and there for cash.
My plan is to go to the Dr. get the new med, and not go for the testing she may want where you don't know how much the bill is. Do the protocol, and start riding my bike. Then I'm going to the Philippines for a month in Jan. and I'll go to my Dr. there again and get a repeat of the 2020 tests.
Prayers on the way fren, keep us posted.
Thanks! A prayer always helps.
I just want to mention, I've lowered my BP by taking ivermectin once a week. It was not super bad, I just noticed it getting better. I would continue with this protocol, but the ivermectin may be appropriate for others.
I'm not a doctor,just reporting what I have seen.
Good tip and I have some already
Stevia lowers blood pressure too
Stevie tastes nasty but yeah My Pinay is making me lemon grass concoction and has me eating crushed fresh garlic with a small amount of honey to help with taste. She also going to buy some veggie that helps lower BP forgot the name
Try looking into the Carnivore diet. Dr. Ken Berry on YT is a good source for information. He states that an all meat diet will cure high blood pressure, plus getting off sugar and carbs will reduce internal inflammation and skin problems. A proper human diet is essential for good health. Fasting will also kick start healing....atophogy.
Yeah, been a bread eater, hence fatty liver. Did the Atkins diet 3 times back in the 90s for about 3 months each time. Eat that 1 cookie, the diet was over. LOL Will check into the Carnivore diet...
Yep. Dammit! 😆
The Rande Cycle explains it. Probably is the optimal human diet. Just saying.
I'm doing it now. I'm not feeling as out of breath after carrying the kids up for nap time. I'm already happy with the results and it's only been 2 & 1/2 weeks.
Thanks! Good to know! and Good for you.
You're welcome, good luck!
Can you post the protocol for those of us who aren't aware of it? Thanks in advance!

This is called the Linus Pauling Therapy. I had a stent put in a heart artery last October and had a BP of 140/100. After a month on this protocol my BP averages 106/78. I am in my 60s.
Great news fren, good for you!
Great! Thanks!
Thanks DRan.
mate, I started that protocol a few months ago. I have not been diagnosed with anything though I am carrying a few extra kilos and I was feeling a little out of breath. I walk every day and started following the program one of the guys on here posted. I only did it for a month and felt great. No more feeling a little out of breath. Good luck.
Ty
I’m going to be trying it too (after reading JohnTitor’s posts). Curious to know what Vit C you plan to use. I’ve already been using a C powder (Solaray) that’s 5000mg per tsp, but read in the plan it should be in “pill” form. Also curious if anyone else can recommend a Lysine they trust. So many manufacturers out there. My naturopath sells PURE brand and I also buy NOW but welcome input if there are any known better or bests.
Bought the Solgar 1,000 MG capsules recommended in the post
TY appreciate it, will check it out. Prayers for your cleanse & best of health. 🙏😋

Will do - TY
I saw this protocol on here a few months back. Thank you to you folks who posted that info! My husband had to have a triple bypass in 2015. Recently he was getting more blockages. He had chest pains and shortness of breath. He is a diabetic, but not on meds. His cardiologist insisted he be put on statins and cholesterol meds immediately and wanted to insert stents. I said NO WAY! The cardiologist refused to even talk to him unless things were done his way. I talked him into doing this protocol and after a couple months he was just fine and blockages are gone and he swims and bikes with no symptoms and feels just great. Praise the Lord! It WORKS!!!!
Take a look into this , I have CHF and this protocol has improved my condition..

Thanks! Will do!
I'm sure it can help you, My local heart doctors suck.
Are you drinking? You need to stop drinking entirely. How else could you have fatty liver? The cardio is good so I am not sure why your BP is so high other than you have an out of control gummed up vascular system. And the way to deal with that is proteolytic enzyme therapy
If you're taking statins then this therapy isn't for you, or you should ask your MD if they can be taken together. Usually no, because it thins the blood too much.
PRoblem is statins is they are a scam. They cause the situation to become worse over time because of FEEDBACK INHIBITION, and the enzymes don't. Once you clean the pipes they don't need it for a while.
Think of your veins and arteries like a septic system. You have to clear the pipes and then treat regularly. Yes it sounds like what I said is a dumb guy explanation of a complex biological system but it is kind of also true.
Lumbro is most effective but also the most expensive. These things dissolve arterial plaques and clots and fibroids and amyloids. I would take one a day, and rotate them, that way you keep your body in a state of confusion about them and can't 'acclimatize'. You don't want acclimatize. You're trying for change. You want disruption to the status quo.
BTW none of this is medical advice--it's nutritional advice
People also take red yeast rice and bergamot for cholesterol and probably that's causing the high bp as well. Gotu kola brings it down also.
Not a drinker at all, breads I ghess Amlodipine is my BP med and my new Dr prescribed Losartan just today so I don't know what that is until I research it from home, can't see good on my tablet. If it's bad then I won't take it.
Olive leaf extract is said to lower BP. You can get it in capsules at most places that sell vitamins and supplements
Good tip will check it out
Watch things closely, though, because if you take it on top of BP meds you could lower it too much!
I ended up starting the protocol this morning. Took both at the same time 2.5 hours ago. I hope I can continue both at the same time.
The second day was completed, and I am still taking both simultaneously. There have been no adverse reactions so far. I am exceeding the before- and after-eating requirements. My schedule is 8 and 8, so late breakfast and early dinner for the win.
Since the Lycine is 500 mg and 250 to the bottle my plan is 31 days and I'll have half the vitamin C left. I'll be getting an echocardiogram and EKG to see how it compares to my results from 2020. Both now and then were/will be abroad.
