I’ve been putting his practices to work around sun exposure and earthing/grounding. - big game changer to my sleep, weight management and overall health.
I'm a bit sceptical on how effective this blue light mind control would be. About all I can imagine is that it could be used to induce fear while watching a news report talking about Covid-19 cases, or anger when watching a video critical of Trump. But conflating it with the original MK-Ultra program that uses trauma-based mind control to basically program someone to carry out specific tasks like an assassination is a bit of a stretch. Until someone can give an actual testimony of their direct experience of this, I won't be blocking blue light on my phone, but I will be paying attention to any unexplained emotions I might feel when watching something.
My Samsung tablet has a blue light filter and I always have it turned on. Can't stand how it looks without it now, gives me a headache almost immediately!
