I had a very scary thought last night about the time between now and Jan 20. What if KH invokes the 25th Amend to get FJB out so she can be installed, then she selects someone to replace her as VP AND Pres of the Senate, and that person refuses to certify the results.

Didn't the Dems remove that option? That is, the option to refuse to certify and turn back to the states for further review that Mike Pence refused to utilize, claiming he did not have that option? They removed it so no VP could use it in the future. At least I think that is the case.

I am not a Constitutional expert. My hunch tells me that that would be a form of coup, and therefore the military could step in and say, "The process must be followed and implemented."
Yeah I think you're right. I don't think this is "over" quite yet, but I don't see them trying something like this. I more think they will redouble their efforts to assassinate, but I think President Trump is well protected now.
I did some research when they were discussing using it a few months ago. What I learned is that using the 25th amendment is by design a slow and time-consuming process. Not enough time to use it between now and Jan 20.
The founding fathers again were prescient in making the process difficult so it would not be used for "light and transient" reasons.
This is one of many possibilities that I believe have been anticipated and prepared for in "the plan" and that counter measures will be used. I also remember that some change was made after Pence certified the election .... just can't remember details this minute.
She can't, it would take Congress to 25th him and that's not going to happen.

It would take "the majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide..." She couldn't do it on her own but she could talk people (principal officers) into doing it.
My concerns follows your first bit, Biden is removed and kakalaka is installed. From there tho, my concern is she gets us into a war and that allows her to "pause" the transition of power.

You cannot just refuse to certify unless they have proven election fraud. Even if they tried that it would not work and Trump would be certified anyway.

The question was sending questionable results back to the states and Nancy's changed rule about dispensing rules of order and thus dispensing with members demanding such to bring up the question was eliminated because of emergency. This was why Trump cases couldn't get standing after the certification. Also dems changed the law.
