Big pharma ads on tv make me wanna gag. People happy and dancing taking the poison with a quick narration of side effects that are often worse than the illness. Not to mention every other commercial being for little blue and yellow pills. Young girls promoting blue chew for their "man". Are the boyfriends all older men? Good riddance.
Right? Dancing obese people singing about lowering their A1C. And how about the ones that are marketed to "supplement" with another poison because either the poison stopped working or it has side effects supposedly treated by the new medicine.
Haha The dancing fat lady A1C commercial is the one I thought of immediately. They kind of gloss over that a side effect of that drug is rotting taint.
Aren't we the only country in the world that even allows these ads??
I also heard that these "commercials" are only a way for the pharma companies to launder money / kickbacks to the fed gov & the corrupt demons who regulate them.
ElLagartoPitor is a brand new drug that we're just gonna say does this one thing. May cause urgent bowel movements, flatulence where people pray for your soul, myocarditis (WINK), Asian Sudden Sleepy Syndrome, and an urge to vote Democrat.
Do not take ElLagartoPitor if you are allergic to ElLagartoPitor.
Not the same thing at all. I can see where someone would want to voice that as a concern (and most definitely rightly so). It needs to fall in the same stovepipe as guns and tobacco products.

I saw a commercial yesterday that DESCIBED the rotting perineum, even giving a definition of perineum so people would know the horror that's in store!
Many drugs advertised on TV list death as a side effect. Yet they're still perfectly legal to sell.
But cannabis? JAIL time, bitch! Put your hands behind your back (but first, hand over that weed, heheheh. I'll just..."safeguard" it. :)
Everyone of them causes suicidal thoughts. They tell you this but they neglect to tell you it also causes homicidal thoughts.
Is that caused by anal leakage ?
So what did Lindsay Graham say, you mentioned anal leakage.
Exactly! Rinvoq is one.
Ok Ok Ok, Let's just make an executive decision to not name any of these drugs by name so nobody gets their stupid jingles stuck in their heads.

Makes perfect sense......
And the MSM that’s supposed to watchdog them.
Yep......

What about the First Amendment? There needs to be a middle ground - truth in advertising, but also limiting censorship.
They banned cigarette ads on TV long ago. We need to ban drug ads.
When I was a kid lawyer commercials were illegal too.
“So for your own deep-down smoking enjoyment, smoke that smoke of fine tobacco: Lucky Strike!”
