please share more if possible, I desperately need health help. can’t seem to lose the weight again and bad insomnia a lot of issues. need real truthful medical help badly.
Insomnia, huh? I've had bad sleeping for a long time, then my wife did some research and said that healthy gut microbes are necessary for good sleep, the older we become. So, she bought a quart of heavy whipping cream and a quart of Kefir (mixed berry flavor). I take a tall glass and pour half with the heavy whipping cream and the other half with Kefir. I then drink it and about 30-45 minutes later I'm getting sleepy. Crawl into the bed and close my eyes and voile' I'm asleep in no time at all. I sleep at least six straight hours, to boot. If you are serious then get off all sugars and carbs for a week. Anybody can do that, just resist the temptation to eat junk food. Begin drinking heavy whipping cream with Kefir before you go to bed. See how your sleep improves within that week. You might also notice that in the morning when you crawl out of be your joints don't ache. Why would that be? Because sugar is a natural inflammatory and since you've gotten off of it your muscles, tendons, ligaments unswell back to their normal size. Give it a whirl, what can it hurt? Now, why does the heavy whipping cream and Kefir work at putting you to sleep? Because your gut microbes get satiated and start reproducing in volumes your gut needs. Try it. Thirty minutes before you normally go to bed, drink a large glass of this and then go to bed.
Oh, for the overweight issue...Try watching Dr. Eric Berg and Dr. Ken Berry on YT. Their short videos will get you interested in how to lose weight with a carnivore diet and a keto diet. Eat fat heavy meat and lose weight? Yep, your body craves animal fat, like the white fat on a steak or bacon. That feeds your gut microbes, too. If you are say 50-100 pounds overweight then you'll see immediate results, like a loss of ten pounds in a week. Eat meat, reduce daily carbohydrate intake to less than 50 grams. NO SUGAR whatsoever! Get checked for sleep apnea. Not going into REM sleep cause weight gain because the internal organs are not being renewed, and the body believes it is starving. Sleep apnea leads to heart issues, and diabetes with the weight gain.
Try Magnesium and Vitamin D. The Magnesium will help with the Sleep apnea (like miniature seizures - and those spasms are a symtom of Mg deficiency). The Vitamin D will regulate the sleep as well.
Also, stop eating sugar, and carbs, as those rob you of Magnesium. And don't drink black tea - that can also make those symptoms.
My son, P, had weight + sleep issues and was on blood pressure meds. He snored like a freight train. The ENT removed P's uvula and w/in 2 weeks he was off blood pressure meds, started losing weight, and he sleeps well. After the weight loss began, he was motivated to go to the gym. He has maintained the weight loss for about 10 yrs. Sleep is so important to our health!
