The part that concerns me is "or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify". This has never been tested. However, JD wasn't a part of the whole J6 scam operation so there should be no way he could get caught up in any of the bogus 14th amendment stuff CONgress and the DS are trying to pull. It won't have any chance of getting past SCOTUS either, so I don't see anything happening. People like Ratskin are just throwing stuff at the walls to see what sticks.
There is also not nearly enough time to 25th Biden now. While the process can be 25-27 days if all of the timelines (4 days, 48 hours, 21 days) play out, it isn't as simple as everyone seems to think. The biggest hurdle will likely be getting 2/3 of each house of CONgress to approve it. Fat chance. That is assuming that they can even get the required amount of votes to actually invoke it against Biden.
Of course that may be why the people who are really making the decisions in the background are pushing us quickly into WW3. That could get enough of the war hawks to vote for it, and enough of the "no more war" people to also vote for it if they think Biden is actually making the decisions.
