U cant imagine the frustration of living here. Native to CA this GD state has gone rogue. The corruption is at epic levels and the nepotism is runs deep. What sucks is...ultra maga-donians like myself get harassed when traveling to other states. I cant blame them, but CA MAGA is between a rock and a hard place. Steve Garvey should've won too. Everyone I know voted for him.
NEWSCUM - It was just like Trump 2020 - We're NOT voting for these idiots. VOTER FRAUD.
The laws you mentioned were passed by legislators who did not take oaths. I am aggressively trying to get these laws voided. I have a petition going specifically to void the work done by Scott Wiener: https://www.change.org/p/demand-scott-wiener-s-immediate-removal-from-office-for-committing-felony
I started that petition before the 2024 legislative session ended. Since then, I have caught several more politicians without oaths, as well: Arambula, Joaquin, who did not file an oath with the SOS for 2017 – 2018, 2019 – 2020 or for 2023 – 2024Bradford, Steven: No oaths for 2019 – 2020 or 2022 – 2024; Caballero, Anna: no oath taken as an assemblyman from 2006 – 2010 or 2016 – 2018; Durazo, Maria Elena: No oath for 2021 – 2022; Grove, Shannon: No oaths for 2015 – 2016 (Assembly) or 2017 – 2018 or 2021 – 2022 (Senate), Laird, John: No oath for 2023- 2024; Rubio, Susan: No oath for 2021 – 2022; Skinner, Nancy: No oath for 2023 – 2024 nor 2019 – 2020; Talamantes Eggman, Susan: No oath for 2013 – 2014 or 2023 – 2024, and Wiener, Scott: no oath from 2019 - 2024.
This update has a lot more info, but the basic summary is that I've ordered copies of oaths for the current 2025 - 2026 legislative cycle that just began. They are due tomorrow. Once I get them, I will form a strategy on how to most effectively void the laws from these legislators: https://www.change.org/p/demand-scott-wiener-s-immediate-removal-from-office-for-committing-felony/u/33112534
Please sign the petition and share. I love that oaths is a non-partisan issue, so you can even get your liberal friends to consider signing it, too. :)
Petition signed & donated. Thank you for your courage, skills and service. 🇺🇸
Thank you! I should have warned you that the donation goes to change.org to keep the site running, not to me. Sorry.
I understand. Thanks, again. 🌷
Also a CA native, but I gave up and moved to Oklahoma last year. I hate hearing how CA expats are ruining other states as folks don't realize that it's mostly the tax-paying conservatives that are fleeing the state, not the life long leeches that are sucking the government teat dry. I spent over 40 years socking away extra money in my tax deferred IRA and who gets the taxes now that I'm withdrawing it to live on? Oklahoma!
The CA franchise tax board is trying to make people pay income taxes to CA for several years after moving out of state!
Yep, I've received 2 notices from the CA FTB claiming that they're going to garnish my wages and bank accounts for $780 because I didn't register my truck last Feb. Nevermind that my truck was titled, garaged, registered, and insured in Oklahoma last Jan. and I sent them the paperwork telling them so twice! I just sent in the $69 fee for 2025 OK tags.
This is a legit racketeering scheme. FTB literally waits 4-months to process mail, then they "misfile" the paperwork you sent so that it appears you never sent it, then they hit you with penalties, fees and interest for "not responding."
More info on how the schemes work: https://gwsandiego.net/blog/?p=611
Given that they are threatening you, Item #4 of the speech I made to FTB in 2023 may be of interest to you:

Thanks for the information and the links, I'm going to bookmark these for future reference. I didn't read everything, but I read a lot. My situation is nothing compared to yours. It's a travesty that you were clearly targeted for harassment that you had to endure for years. I applaud you for standing up and fighting back and wish you luck in your litigation.
thank you. I think just pointing out things like you know that FTB is currently running at 120 days for processing paperwork and FTB has a history of "misfiling" documents will prevent them from enacting collection tools. I'd also contact the advocate for help if they do actually implement the tools. Good luck with getting them off your back. They are like sharks who smell blood. They will not go away without aggressive action to repel them.
I’m in CA and thinking of moving to Oaklahoma. Travel a lot and spent some time there. Liked it. Are you happy there?
So far so good. We left the chaos of Orange County and moved to southern Oklahoma in a rural area. Our house is on 5 acres with oak, pecan, and elm trees and it feels like I'm living in a park, but I have to mow the park. I'm retired so I don't know much about the local job situation, but I've learned that rural Oklahoma is the land of the side-gig. People have regular jobs and many of them have tractors, skid steers, stump grinders, chain saws, welders, and an endless supply of power tools, so if you have some overwhelming project you're facing it's easy to find someone willing to do the job for a reasonable fee while making themselves some extra cash.
Compared to California, these are things I like about OK: People are much friendlier, $2.30 gasoline, $69 registration for my 10yo truck, Constitutional carry, dining out is cheaper, no traffic within 75 miles, no smog alerts, driving country roads just to explore, no quinceaneras with live bands until 1am, closest neighbor is 300 feet away, Starlink, sitting on the porch watching thunderstorms, quirky yard art, scissor tails, and 95% less woke bs in general.
Things I don't like about OK: Healthcare. It's easy to get in to see a doctor and the local hospital is okay, but seeing a specialist sometimes involves a 2-3 month wait or half a day spent driving to Norman or OKC and back. I miss the number and variety of restaurants in OC. There's 5 Costcos or Sam's within 75 miles, but they're all 70-75 miles out in 4 different directions. We often combine doctor visits, Sam's/Costco, and a nice restaurant into a single trip.
Tornadoes suck, 2/3rds happen at night which adds to the unease, but big ones are rare, the moderate ones affect relatively small areas and most hit empty areas thanks to all the open spaces. The earthquakes in California are worse in my opinion.
Sonic booms. Nothing get the house shaking and adrenaline pumping like a peaceful day interrupted by a sonic boom. We probably get 2 a month when the weather's nice and it's almost always T38's out of Sheppard AFB in Texas. Then there's that jerk in the F1 Mirage that made a couple of passes over us last March before heading back to the Dallas area.
TLDR: Yeah, I'm happy here.
Great info, thank you! I too am retired. We live in central valley in the country. We downsized when I retired and moved to the country. Live on couple acres with two homes, one for our son/DIL and young grandkids. We travel in our RV and spent time in Oklahoma, as well as many other states. We stayed near OKC and checked out the area (Bricktown and the OKC bombing site). Last time through we stayed in Weatherford (RV park there). We would like to get out of CA. Would have left when I retired but ..grandkids we are close too. Would love to move us all to Oklahoma (my preference). Wife worries about tornadoes. Her mom was originally from Oklahoma, and our daughter in law has cousins that live there. Felt an earthquake here a few days ago. Unusual in central valley where we are at.
We found people very friendly there in Oklahoma. We will be passing thru again in May on a long trip into Florida. Plan to spend some time there again, hoping to check out Edmond area.
Best to you, thanks for the info. MAGA on!
Same for me as a NY resident (but FL native). I have to deal with the effects of having NY license plates when visiting relatives in FL. I think it is a pretty good battle for most corrupt state between NY and CA.
When we fled NY the FIRST order of business was losing the NY plates. 😂
Voter fraud in California is on a different level. The amount of fraudulent votes in each election is several million. California being a deep blue state is a lie supported by massive fraud.
Helicopter rides for EVERY Single person who has an office attached to - or - located inside the Capitol in Sacramento.
That’s how we fix this problem. Otherwise it never goes away.
Yes I’m still not sure how this happens while 80% of the State wants to create a new State, disconnected from the DemoLib Bay Area and LA idiots. Just stupid.
Certifiable lunatics
I really think the New World Order is trying to trash San Francisco and California to drive real estate prices down rock bottom.
Then they will come in buy all the land for themselves.
The Dems infiltrate and infect beautiful places to take them over. i.e. Hawaii, New Zealand, California, etc.
England uses the word 'certifiable' to mean totally crazy in the head. California qualifies.
In Venice beach the ground zero for libs…is RED. From the gangsters to the yuppies. CA IS RRRRRRRED.
What a shit show that is, they count until the Democrat wins.
More than 80% voted by mail?!!! lol
They said you had to be fingerprinted and background check to work the polls. Suddenly less people want to bother. They closed the polling place in my little town and the next town. Voting in person is driving 45 min and waiting in a long line. So yes I voted by mail.
Seeems like it purposely done that way.
Jail incoming for one cali faggoat that certified this mess
Al Capone certified his income tax filings too.
The certification doesn't mean anything.
They probably couldn't legally certify the previous 3 elections either and since the media ignored weeks of ballot manufacturing after those elections, 2024 was business as usual for the state democrats.
its, ITS!!
