Only 36% of U.S. Adults Can Pass the Citizenship Test: A Wake-Up Call for Civic Literacy
The fact that only 36 percent of adults and just three percent of high school students can pass the U.S. citizenship test should alarm everyone. Luckily, PragerU’s citizenship quiz can provide a path toward reversing this troubling trend.
I'm sure kids would find this more interesting, than the woke garbage the schools teach now.
Make schools great again.
Civics, Government, The Constitution and History need to be taught in every grade from 1st to graduation. The textbooks used now need to be tossed in a landfill and new ones written by Patriots.
Hillsdale College has a pocket Constitution program. You can get a couple free and also buy them in bulk. Ive been known to leave stacks around town at places like librarys, schools and local government and school board meetings. I have also left stacks at funerals and weddings by the guest book.
“ This crisis raises a critical question: How can we expect to preserve the American experiment if future generations remain uneducated about its foundations?”
Can’t vote unless you pass a civics test
This would be a really good idea.
I took the PragerU's citizenship quiz and aced it. Maybe it's because it is really easy, or maybe it's because I'm GenX and we actually had citizenship classes in school - but I'd suggest you guys take it. The link is in the Breitbart article above. Note - I didn't give them my email at the end. No thanks...
Not only that, but the test is a joke and filled with trash information. The worst probably being "why was the civil war fought over?" with the 'answer' being "Slavery". The whole process is streamlined to allow as many low quality individuals as possible while reinforcing the narrative that the country's origin is evil.
Where can I get a copy of the test to be come a citizen? Sounds like it needs to be upgraded.
Also, I don't think I've ever seen a multiple-choice test where at least some of the "correct" answers were wrong and some of the truly correct answers didn't even show up as a choice.
There is a mistake in there about the first President of the US. Under the Constitution indeed it is Washington. But before the Constitution there were the Articles of Confederation.

A knowledge test on US immigration service also contains a mistake, even an egregious one, as it talks about rights given by the Constitution instead of secured by the Constitution.
You may think: So what? Big difference?
The answer is: Yes, as your rights as a man do not flow from the government, they existed before government, they from The Creator.
Correct thank you.
I just took a practice test of 10 questions. Got a 60, says I passed but that is a fail in my book
My wife scored over 90 when she got her citizenship. Shes Canadian so English is her first language making it somewhat easier for her than those who dont speak it well.
Do they even speak English though
feature of "education" not a flaw
But they know which pronouns to use, and how to fit a condom, so...all good
