The reason they moved the inauguration inside is almost certainly for security. It would be stupid to give the desperate cabal puppets one more opportunity. Security will have to remain high for Trump's whole term, and likely even after.

Or, ( because they love to project their moves ) they already have a traceable weapon and a 'known to the FBI' suspect all ready. Open and shut case, no need for any further investigation.
Years ago I live next to a military base, and one day a small weapon appeared missing. The Commander closed off all the gate. No one is to leave nor enter until the weapon was return/located/found. The base was reopened the next following day. The FBI facility should of been lock down.
If this actually happened, it would never reach the light of day.
