That’s hard to believe BUT I still LOVE the possibilities. Found this —> Zachary Moore v. Alliant Credit Union (2025)
This case involves a ruling by the Supreme Court on the constitutionality of foreclosure proceedings initiated by Alliant Credit Union against Zachary Moore, based on a mortgage loan derived from fiat currency. According to the context, the ruling declares all forms of fiat currency legally null and void, effective immediately, and deems any debts derived from such currency invalid. However, it is essential to note that the authenticity of this ruling is questionable, as some comments suggest that the judgment has not been officially made available on the web.
I always find it wrong that people who overextended themselves get to keep it all and it's all written of, while people who lived respectably within their means get nothing equivalent, but pay for it in increased taxes everyone will pay.
If they ruled that fiat currency was no good then what are they going to use to pay everyone the 20%? There's not enough gold, silver and crypto COMBINED to do that.
" By intentionally faking the source of false authority (Supreme Court, Donald trump, FBI etc) and openly admitting that the source is fake, I am appealing solely to their capacity to discern truth from falsehood in the substance of what is being said. - Zach Moore "
It's true. Long court case. NESARA stands for the National Economic Security and Recovery Act and was to be announced with Bush Jr. But his dad, Bush Sr. put 9/11 into action instead. You really need to go through Q posts abd the research. It explains the original long court case brought by a general, I believe, who left military and came home to find government banks stole his father's farm. The hell he went through and the lawyers who ended up quitting after being threatened with jail. He and the widow of another farmer who had same thing happen to her and her husband fought years. They figured out the rigged court system and battled to Supreme Court finally winning. It was then ruled that all Americans, who were stolen from by using their birth certificates as ownership to tax and rob from them, would be paid back in full all the monies they ever paid into the banking cartels. Mortgages, taxes, bank fees, credit card debts etc. This announcement was what Bush Jr was to announce. Gesara follows.
I agree and this would not work and this theory has been circulating for years. A contact is a Legal note and everything within the four corners of that piece of paper is a Legal Document so put a lot of thought when writing one because that's what the Judge is going too scrutinize. Weather it's a house or car or what ever your buying you are agreeing on the price, interest, payment plan and everything else in that contract. Just like when the market is over priced by thousands of dollar and you buy it anyway and the market falls, it's still yours.
The only thing that is certain is Death, Taxes and Foreclosures.
In summary, while the Supreme Court has declared the specific foreclosure proceedings against Mr. Moore unconstitutional, extending this to all fiat-based debt would require a more comprehensive legal and legislative response. The decision sets a precedent that could challenge the foundation of modern financial systems but does not immediately nullify all such debts without further action or clarification.
The case number he mentioned was 2024cv030075, but can't really find anything about it online.
Hate to pop the balloon... but ain't gonna happen.
Nesara ain't happening.
Gesara ain't happening.
Paytriots SS number/secret trust payout... ain't happening.
Just level the playing field for small business and tariff the shit out of imports so we can work.
Pull back regulations.
Reduce our tax burden.
That's ALL we need.
And it's reality...
Word.
Imagine that...REAL actual money again...
Beware of coin shavers...

So according to this, this Zach Moore made this up entirely to prove a point.
Worth keeping an eye on, but it could also ripple through the economy in an unexpected and chaotic way. Prepare for the worst but hope for the best.
On it is expected. MOASS, your GME moon tickets today if you haven't.
I don't have any money to be worried about, I also don't have debt. I have enough to survive, but not enough to cause grief
